This position is strategically designed for an elite field-driven sales operator who knows how to leverage an active, high-volume installation pipeline into exponential market share. BCI has a massive infrastructure of inbound warm leads handled by Account Executives, and we need a team leader with an existing crew or the capability to build one rapidly who can capitalize on our active job sites to dominate entire neighborhoods.
