About the role

We hand you pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments with homeowners who already want to buy. Your only job is to show up and close the deal. The team meets each morning to strategize, then you drive to pre‑booked afternoon/evening appointments, use our digital software for in‑home demos, and inspect from a ladder or attic (no walking on roofs).

Responsibilities

• Attend a morning strategy meeting with the team.
• Travel to pre‑booked appointments in the afternoon/evening.
• Conduct digital in‑home demonstrations using company software.
• Inspect properties from a ladder or attic, never walking on roofs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; elite paid training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.

Pay

• Earning potential: $125,000 – $250,000.
• Uncapped 100% commission; top reps earn more than $250K.
• Average first‑year earnings: $85,000 – $135,000.
• Average $2,500 per sale, paid before installation.
• Fast weekly pay.
