Roofing Sales Closer - Portland

About the role

Meet with the team in the morning to strategize, drive to pre‑booked afternoon/evening appointments, use our digital software for in‑home demos, and inspect from a ladder or attic (no walking on roofs). Your only job is to show up and close the deal with homeowners who are already pre‑qualified and ready to buy.

Responsibilities

• Attend a morning strategy meeting with the sales team.
• Travel to pre‑set, pre‑qualified homeowner appointments.
• Conduct in‑home demonstrations using digital software.
• Inspect properties from a ladder or attic as needed.
• Close sales and secure contracts on the spot.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required; elite paid training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.
