Responsibilities

• Meet with the team each morning to strategize.
• Drive to pre‑booked afternoon/evening appointments.
• Use digital software to conduct in‑home demos.
• Inspect properties from a ladder or attic (no roof walking).

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; elite paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.

Pay

• Uncapped 100% commission; top reps earn $250K+.
• First‑year earnings typically $85K‑$135K.
• Average $2,500 per sale, paid weekly before installation.
• Overall earning potential $125K‑$250K.
