Roofing Sales Closer - 200K Potential - Warm Leads & Truck - San Jose

About the role

Full‑time, W‑2 outside sales position based in San Jose, covering the South Bay and Peninsula (San Jose up to San Francisco). We hire proven closers; we do not provide sales training – we will teach you our product, inspection, and paperwork, but not how to sell. You will run warm, pre‑set appointments each week, with the option to self‑generate additional leads, present roofing and RoofMaxx restoration options at the kitchen table, handle objections, and close with a deposit in one sitting while keeping your pipeline, photos, and follow‑ups in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Run warm, pre‑set appointments provided weekly.
• Optionally self‑generate additional leads to increase earnings.
• Climb ladders, walk typical one‑story roofs, and document findings for homeowners.
• Present roofing repair, full‑roof, and RoofMaxx restoration options at the kitchen table.
• Handle objections and close sales with a deposit in a single visit.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, photos, and follow‑up activities in the company CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience closing sales in a homeowner’s setting – roofing, roof repair, or other in‑home home‑services (solar, HVAC, windows, siding, remodeling, restoration, etc.).
• Ability to state your average ticket size and close rate without looking them up.
• Valid driver’s license and a record clean enough to drive the company truck.
• No fear of ladders or walking a one‑story roof.
• Contractor or trades background is a plus.

• Basic roofing inspection knowledge (training provided).
