Roofing Sales Closer - 200K Potential - Warm Leads & Truck - Lodi

About the role

Based in Lodi, your territory covers the north end of the Valley, including Galt, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, and Tracy. As a full‑time W‑2 outside sales closer for Infinite Roofing / RoofMaxx, you will run warm, pre‑set appointments we provide each week, with the option to self‑generate additional leads to increase your earnings. You’ll climb ladders, walk one‑story roofs, present findings and options at the kitchen table, handle objections, and close with a deposit in a single sitting. You’ll also keep your pipeline, photos, and follow‑ups up to date in our CRM.

Responsibilities

• Run warm, pre‑set appointments supplied weekly.
• Optionally self‑generate additional leads to boost your commission.
• Climb ladders and inspect one‑story roofs to assess condition.
• Present roofing, repair, or RoofMaxx restoration options at the kitchen table.
• Handle homeowner objections and close the sale with a deposit in one visit.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, photos, and follow‑up activities in the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience closing sales in the home – roofing, roof repair, or other in‑home services (solar, HVAC, windows, siding, remodeling, restoration, etc.).
• Ability to state your average ticket size and close rate without looking them up.
• Contractor or trades background is a strong plus; having swung a hammer and sold is even better.
• No fear of ladders or working on a one‑story roof.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean enough record to drive the company truck.
• Desire for a performance‑driven, scoreboard‑focused role (not a desk job or management title).

Pay
