Roofing Sales Closer - 200K Potential - Warm Leads & Truck - Stockton

About the role

Based in Stockton, serving San Joaquin County including Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, Modesto, Lathrop, Ripon, and Escalon. Full-time, W-2 outside sales position with Infinite Roofing and RoofMaxx – a company with over a decade of experience in full roofs, repairs, and RoofMaxx restorations for homeowners and commercial buildings across California. We hire closers, we don't make them: we’ll teach you our product, inspection, and paperwork, but we won’t teach you how to sell. If you’ve closed deals at the kitchen table, this is your seat.

Responsibilities

• Run warm, pre‑set appointments provided weekly.
• Optionally self‑generate additional leads to increase earnings.
• Climb a ladder, walk a typical one‑story roof, and show the homeowner findings.
• Present options at the kitchen table, handle objections, and close with a deposit in one sitting.
• Maintain pipeline, photos, and follow‑ups in the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling roofing, roof repair, or in‑home home services (solar, HVAC, windows, siding, remodeling, restoration, etc.). Non‑negotiable.
• Ability to state your average ticket and close rate without looking them up.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean enough record to drive the company truck.
• No fear of ladders or walking a one‑story roof.
• Desire for a performance‑driven, scoreboard‑focused role (not a salaried desk job).

Qualifications

• Contractor or trades background is a big plus (e.g., swung a hammer and sold).
• Experience in any in‑home ticket sales (roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, siding, remodeling, restoration).
