What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing residential and commercial insurance restoration projects
- Work with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the restoration process
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals
- Cookordination with our in-house supplementation and installation teams to support project execution
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of insurance restoration or storm damage sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Able to manage your own pipeline and sales activities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have or be willing to obtain necessary equipment (ladder, appropriate boots, etc.)
