Key Responsibilities
- C Conduct thorough inspections of exterior elements such as roofs, siding, windows, and doors.
- P Provide accurate assessments and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- E Execute repairs and installations using a range of tools and materials while adhering to safety standards.
- C Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, processes, and timelines.
- K Keep a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly maintained.
- R Maintain clear records of work performed and materials used for each project.
Requirements
- Q Qualifications:
- A Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior home repair, including knowledge of roofing and siding.
- B Familiarity with a range of exterior materials and installation techniques.
- F Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- G Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- H Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- I Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
