Roof Repair Technician

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks on residential and commercial buildings
• Perform siding and gutter repairs
• Use a metal brake for trim and fascia work
• Install and repair windows and skylights
• Take required job photos and documentation throughout the project
• Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specs
• Pick up and return jobsite materials and supplies

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates
• Confidence walking and inspecting steep and multi-story roofs
• Solid experience with:
• Roof leak diagnosis & repairs
• Roofing installation (all major systems)
• Siding installation & repair
• Windows and skylight installs
• Carpentry and handyman experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday during peak season

Work Area:

Start and finish your day at either the North Canton or North Olmsted shop (whichever is closer to home). Pay is shop-to-shop: Clock in when you arrive, clock out when you return - we pay for your whole day, not just the jobsite hours. Work is dispatched based on proximity to your shop.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Qualifications:
