Roof Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify and assess problems
• Perform repairs on various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of repairs and ongoing maintenance tips
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and effectively
• Manage inventory of tools and materials and ensure their proper use and upkeep
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing and home repair fields
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Able to perform manual labor and work at heights safely
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
