Responsibilities

• Perform roofing repairs, including shingles, flashing, leaks, and minor replacements
• Repair and install vinyl siding, trim, soffit, and fascia
• Diagnose roof and siding damage
• Complete small to mid-size repair jobs independently
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
• Take photos and document completed work
