Job Description

Braman Motors Service is seeking qualified individuals to join its growing Rolls-Royce service department. Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Accurately document all customer concerns on work orders
• Complete all documents required for repair order compliance
• Perform walk-around video for vehicle condition and proper documentation
• Communicate with customers, technicians, extended warranties, and insurance companies regarding additional services or repairs
• Keep customers updated daily on their vehicle’s status
• Answer phone calls for service questions
• Complete customer’s active delivery process when ready

Requirements

• Must have at least two years of dealer experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Drug test and background check required
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Maintain BRAND training standards

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• Auto estimating: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay

$85,000 to $120,000 per year

Schedule

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
