Robot RN Coordinator - Full-Time

About the role

The Robotic RN Coordinator oversees the robotic surgery program at an ambulatory surgery center, ensuring smooth daily operations, equipment maintenance, staff training, safety, and troubleshooting. They work closely with OR leadership and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor quality and efficiency, promoting optimal clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate of Science in Nursing or higher
• Valid RN license recognized in Texas
• Basic Life Support certification
• 3+ years RN experience including 2+ years in robotic surgery
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Skills

• BSN
• ACLS, PALS
• Experience in Pre-Op, ER, infusion therapy, or ambulatory surgery settings
• Single-unit experience

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $35 to $63, based on experience, education, and certifications.
