About the role
We are seeking a skilled OR RN Robotics Program Coordinator to serve as the key educator and support person for the robotic surgery program within the operating room.
Responsibilities
- Manage the robotic surgery schedule
- Maintain inventory and equipment
- Update protocols and report quality data
- Oversee staff competency
- Assist in marketing and physician recruitment for the robotic program
- Provide direct patient care across all age groups, ensuring safety and communication with surgical team members
- Monitor equipment functionality
- Develop clinical pathways
- Assess equipment readiness
- Participate in performance improvement activities
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Nevada
- Preferred 3+ years in acute care OR
- BLS and ACLS certifications
