RN - Robotics Program Coordinator

About the role

The OR RN Robotics Program Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for supporting and managing the robotic surgery program within the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point person and educator for robotic surgery
• Manage the surgical schedule
• Maintain inventory and equipment
• Update protocols
• Report quality data
• Assist in staff evaluation, training, and recruitment efforts related to robotic surgery
• Provide direct patient care across all age groups, ensuring safety and addressing psychosocial and physical needs
• Coordinate equipment readiness, supplies, and monitor patient positioning and assistance during procedures
• Develop clinical pathways
• Oversee equipment functionality
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal robotic program performance and patient safety

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Nevada
• Preferred experience in acute care OR settings
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS required
