Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test robotic welding systems and cutting systems on time and within budget
  • Teardown equipment and package for shipping
  • Perform field service and/or electrical sub-assembly
  • Overtime is required on a consistent basis
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respect
  • Must be able to bring projects to closure
  • Maintain and update customer project files

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
  • Ability to use common hand tools and Digital Voltmeter
  • Ability to develop and document procedures
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
  • PC literate in MS Office applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required

Experience with GMAW, robotic automation integration, field service, robotic arc welding programming, and PLC programming is a plus.

About the Role

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, and the ability to use common hand tools and Digital Voltmeter. They should also be able to develop and document procedures, work independently with little supervision, work well under pressure, and travel as needed.

Skills
