  • Partner with the Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders to define product vision, implementation priorities, and deployment roadmap.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and compliance requirements for enterprise labeling processes.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, configuration requirements, and implementation tasks.
  • Manage or support the product backlog, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, technology, and business stakeholders.
  • Define future-state workflows for label creation, template management, review and approval, print execution, revision control, lifecycle management, and retirement.
  • Configure or support configuration of the ROBAR platform while ensuring alignment with approved business processes and enterprise standards.
  • Coordinate integrations between ROBAR and ERP, MES, PLM, product master data, regulatory, and printing systems.
  • Support interface specifications, master data mapping, variable data mapping, technical design reviews, and integration activities.
  • Evaluate local manufacturing site labeling processes, identify process gaps, and align site-specific requirements with the global enterprise solution.
  • Support migration of legacy label templates, product information, label data, and configuration into the new platform.
  • Partner with Quality and Validation teams to ensure compliance with GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), 21 CFR Part 11, electronic records, electronic signatures, audit trails, and data integrity requirements.
  • Develop and review User Requirements Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), traceability documentation, validation documentation, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support system, integration, regression, user acceptance, validation, and production readiness testing.
  • Coordinate defect triage and ensure functional and technical issues are resolved prior to production deployment.
  • Participate in deployment planning, cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness activities, production deployment, and post-production hypercare.
  • Develop product documentation, process documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
  • Establish product performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve labeling quality, compliance, usability, operational efficiency, and governance.
  • Support transition of the platform into a sustainable product support and governance model.
