Roadside Technician Commercial Tire (Training Provided)- East Walpole, MA
About the role
The role of the Roadside Technician position in our company can be broken down into one sentence: “An emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets.”
Responsibilities
- Dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires when a tire-related failure occurs.
- Help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed during non-service call periods.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Likely authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous commercial service tire experience preferred.
Skills
- Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Pay
Starting Pay: $23 - $26 Hourly
Schedule
Hours Of Operation: M-F 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Sa 8 AM - 12 PM - Closed Sundays
Shift Information
- Mandatory on-call rotation.
- Time worked in after-hours service calls are paid in double-time with a minimum of 2 hours per call.
