About the role
An emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets.
Responsibilities
- Dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires when a tire-related failure occurs.
- Help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed during non-service call periods.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous Commercial Service Tire experience is preferred.
Skills
- Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all other safety policies and procedures.

Pay
All after-hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.
Schedule
This position includes participation in a mandatory on-call rotation. During an assigned on-call period, Technicians are expected to respond to after-hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance.
