Roadside Assistance Driver
WSP is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Roadside Assistance Driver in Aurora, CO.
About the role
The Roadside Assistance (RA) Driver is responsible for actively patrolling and managing assigned areas of the E-470 roadway system to support the safety, mobility, and overall experience of the traveling public. This is a 24/7 operational role requiring flexibility and accountability.

Schedule
- Thursday - Monday 9:45pm - 6:15am
- Off Tuesday and Wednesday
- Additional hours may be available to cover days off, vacations, business need, etc.
- May be reassigned on a long-term or temporary basis to another location, other shifts, or other schedules to balance manpower or meet company needs.
Pay
Expected hourly rate: $24.29 per hour.
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. Responsibilities
- Monitor roadway conditions and respond to incidents
- Provide roadside support and traffic control
- Coordinate with emergency responders
- Perform roadway maintenance and debris removal
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Maintain documentation and follow safety procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be at least 21 years old for vehicle operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Background screening, MVR, and drug screening required for all candidates upon conditional offer of employment
Essential Functions / Physical Requirements
- Perform roadway incident response and traffic management duties in active traffic environments
- Operate a vehicle for extended periods
- Frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures
