About the Role

We are expanding across Harris, Brazoria, and Galveston counties and seeking exceptional Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. This is a home health position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work close to home.

Schedule

Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time based on performance and caseload growth. Flexible scheduling — choose the days you want to work.

Pay

Competitive per-visit rates plus mileage reimbursement and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Complete skilled nursing visits and assessments
• Manage wound care, medication teaching, and patient evaluations
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active Texas RN license
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Current CPR
• Reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Professional, compassionate, patient-focused care approach
