About the role

Manages women’s services activities, workflow, and nursing resources.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized care plans based on health data.
• Coordinates woman-, newborn-, and family-centered care.
• Evaluates care outcomes.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Serves as a role model and mentor.
• Implements evidence-based practices and ensures safety.
• Maintains professional standards.
• Applies current scientific knowledge to deliver age-specific and clinical care.
• Practices ethically and respects cultural diversity.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license required.
• Relevant certifications (BLS, ALS, NRP, PALS) as per state requirements.

No prior experience required.

Physical demands

• Constant standing and walking.
