About the Role
Manages women’s services activities, workflow, and nursing resources, ensuring woman-, newborn-, and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Develops individualized care plans based on health data
- Coordinates care delivery and evaluates patient outcomes
- Promotes ethical, culturally sensitive practices
- Acts as a role model, mentor, and change agent
- Integrates evidence-based practices to improve nursing quality
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintains safety and environmental standards
Key Duties
- Collect and analyze health data
- Coordinate holistic care

- Implement quality improvements in women’s health services
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active healthcare provider BLS certification
- Relevant advanced life support certifications (e.g., ALS, NRP, PALS)
- Valid RN license for the state of practice
No prior experience required.
