About the role
Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Black Mountain, NC, is a Long-Term Care facility providing quality care to residents. This position is for an RN Weekend Supervisor on the day shift, every weekend.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing units to ensure quality care within policies and parameters defined by nursing management.
- Interact with supervisory discipline to maintain care standards.
- Administer medications and handle documentation.
- Oversee residents' care and implement schedules per resident needs.
Requirements
- Current State RN License.
- Nurse Supervisor experience.
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
