RN Weekend Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical care for skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents
• Oversee weekend nursing operations and ensure compliance with care plans, regulatory standards, and infection control protocols
• Provide direct patient care and support nursing staff
• Mentor staff, participate in care planning, and communicate with families and healthcare providers
• Respond to clinical emergencies to ensure resident safety

Qualifications & Skills

• Experienced RN with strong leadership abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
