RN Weekend Supervisor

Providence Healthcare is hiring a Weekend Supervisor RN for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

About the role

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN Weekend Supervisor uses a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring customer needs are met. The role includes assisting in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, managing daily unit operations per shift, and assuming leadership responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License issued in the state of practice
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
• Physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing (preferred)
• Experience in a supervisory capacity (preferred)
