RN Weekend Supervisor

About the role

Brandon Wilde is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring compassion, professionalism, and strong nursing skills to the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Conduct shift handovers and document patient care activities accurately
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members
• Participate in performance evaluations and professional development planning

Requirements

• Current and valid Georgia RN license
• BLS certification
• Prior experience in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or similar environment preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Pass a preemployment screening process including a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references

Pay

Up to $43/hr with shift differential

Schedule

Part-time, rotating weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday, 7am-7pm)
