About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Sanford Health's Bemidji 1611 Clinic is designed for individuals at any experience level, from beginners to experienced professionals. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilize appropriate age and population-specific standards.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessments, educate patients, triage, and carry out various nursing interventions.
• Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice is required.
• Additional education, training, or experience may be required for specific services/positions.
• Certification may be required depending on the specialty or service area.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $38.73 - $58.33 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 available for eligible applicants.

Schedule

The schedule for this position varies, and it is full-time with 32 weekly hours.
