RN, Urgent Care - North Hills

About the role

This job is located at our CP-NORTH HILLS HEALTH CENTER facility in Menomonee Falls, WI, and is on-site. The schedule is variable, with shifts including weekdays and weekends, and includes 3 holidays per year.

The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for pediatric, adult and elderly population in an Urgent Care location.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse demonstrates competency in delivery of care across the life span, and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in ambulatory or hospital setting is preferred
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is preferred.
