About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of your assigned nursing unit
• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations
• Career development opportunities
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Aid with admissions, discharges, and clinical documentation
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Virginia)
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for resident-centered care
