As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
• Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with medical staff, residents, and family members
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
• 0+ years of experience as a nurse or in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
