About the role
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bucks Hill is hiring an RN Unit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supports the management team in providing high-quality care to residents.
- Ensures compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless resident care.
- Provides leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as an RN Unit Manager preferred.
- Experience in SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) facility preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse.
- HP (Healthcare Professional) certification preferred.
