RN Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, overseeing daily operations and making decisions that align with our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Provide exceptional clinical guidance, mentoring and supporting nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and expertise.
• Develop and manage budgets, overseeing unit operations and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting staff engagement, growth, and development through effective communication and team-building strategies.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of years of experience as a RN, with 1 years of experience in a Unit Manager role
