RN Triage - OBGYN

Position: RN Triage – OBGYN Location: 1220 Hobson Road, Naperville Part-time role: 24 hours/week with hours M-W-F, 8:30-5 Key Responsibilities: Review patient voicemails and communicate directly with patients via phone or Mychart to assess care needs.Conduct telephone assessments using nursing skills, provide medical advice, and evaluate patient understanding.Identify high-risk symptoms and direct patients to emergency services immediately.Arrange appointments for non-emergency patients requiring physician care.Escort patients, record vital signs, and prepare them for exams or procedures.Assist with immunizations, diagnostic procedures, and specimen collection. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license and CPR/BLS certification.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Science and 1 year of telephone triage experience.
