About the role

The role requires strong critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships. It involves leading others and taking appropriate action when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely secure seat belts and shoulder harnesses in aircraft or ambulance without modifications
• Tolerate stressors of flight and medical transport, such as motion, vibration, extreme temperatures, and confined spaces
• Respond to commands
• Communicate effectively
• Lift/push/pull at least 150 lbs

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' Neonatal or Pediatric critical care or ED experience
• Required certifications:
  • CCRN or C-NPT within two years
  • NRP within six months
  • ACLS within six months of hire
