About the role

The role requires strong critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships. The incumbent must lead others, take appropriate action, and ensure safety protocols, such as properly securing seat belts and harnesses in aircraft or ambulances without modifications. They must tolerate stressors associated with flight and medical transport, including motion, vibration, extreme temperatures, and confined patient care environments.

Requirements

• Three years in Neonatal or Pediatric critical care or Emergency Department settings
• Certifications: CCRN or C-NPT, PFCCS, NRP, ACLS within specified timeframes

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication
• Physical strength to lift/push/pull at least 150 lbs
