RN - Transport

This role demands critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to lead others and foster positive relationships. The incumbent must safely secure seat belts and shoulder harnesses in aircraft or ambulances without modifications, and handle the stresses of flight and medical transport, including exposure to motion, vibration, extreme temperatures, and confined spaces. Responsibilities include providing patient care and responding to visual, verbal, and non-verbal commands, with the ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 150 lbs. The role may involve exposure to hazardous chemicals, blood, body fluids, and infectious diseases. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of Neonatal or Pediatric critical care or ED experience. Necessary certifications include CCR or C-NPT, with additional certifications such as PFCCS, NRP, and ACLS obtained within specified timeframes.
