About the role

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to build positive relationships and lead others. It involves safely securing safety devices in aircraft or ambulances and providing patient care in challenging environments with exposure to motion, vibration, extreme temperatures, and potential hazards. The incumbent must respond effectively to visual, verbal, and non-verbal commands, communicate clearly, and lift/push/pull at least 150 lbs.

• Responding to emergencies
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

Minimum of three years' experience in neonatal, pediatric critical care, or emergency department settings.

• CCRN or C‑NPT
• PFCCS
• NRP
• ACLS

• Capable of performing in high‑stress, confined environments with exposure to biological hazards
