About the Role

This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to lead and build positive relationships. The incumbent must safely secure seat belts and shoulder harnesses in aircraft or ambulances without modifications and tolerate the stressors of flight and medical transport, including motion, vibration, temperature extremes, prolonged standing or sitting, and confined patient care environments. They should respond to visual, verbal, and non-verbal commands and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

The role involves lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 150 lbs and exposure to hazardous chemicals, blood, fluids, or infectious diseases.

Requirements

• Three years of Neonatal, Pediatric critical care, or ED experience
• CCRN, C-NPT, or PFCCS certification within two years of hire
• NRP and ACLS certifications required within six months of hire
