About the role
Full-time RN position overseeing nursing services in residential programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities or brain disorders.
Responsibilities
- Train and certify non-licensed staff in medication administration and emergency procedures
- Develop individualized healthcare plans
- Monitor residents' health
- Ensure medication safety and documentation
- Provide nursing consultation
- Maintain accurate health records
- Participate in quality assurance and audits
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire
- Completion of the Nurse Trainer orientation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sites
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
Preferred experience includes residential or community-based care and familiarity with state regulations.
