About the role

Full-time RN position overseeing nursing services in residential programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities or brain disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Train and certify non-licensed staff in medication administration and emergency procedures
  • Develop individualized healthcare plans
  • Monitor residents' health
  • Ensure medication safety and documentation
  • Provide nursing consultation
  • Maintain accurate health records
  • Participate in quality assurance and audits

Requirements

  • Active RN license in New Hampshire
  • Completion of the Nurse Trainer orientation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel between sites

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills

Preferred experience includes residential or community-based care and familiarity with state regulations.

Schedule

Office and site work with potential on-call duties.
