RN - Surgical Stepdown - Full-Time, Night Shift

About the role

Responsible for providing patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with other departments
• Maintain professional accountability
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact state
• BLS certification (or completion within 30 days)
• Hospital experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to collaborate with teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Specialty certifications preferred
