About the Role

This position involves independently planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the Pain Clinic. The RN manages a diverse patient caseload across all age groups, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties, triage patients, and coordinate specialty care
• Educate families and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Participate in programs and educational activities
• Review diagnostics and manage pre- and post-operative care
• Contribute to policy development and quality assurance
• Fulfill rotating on-call duties and maintain departmental procedures

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license in NM or reciprocal agreement
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to perform medium physical work and work in potentially hazardous environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and patient safety focus
