About the role

This role involves independently planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care for an Ambulatory Specialty Practice across diverse age groups.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all registered nursing duties
  • Coordinate patient care and triage walk-in patients
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Provide education on medical conditions and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in specialty programs and educational activities
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Manage pre- and post-operative patient care
  • Facilitate diagnostic procedures
  • Ensure adherence to policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Nationally Accredited Nursing degree program
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Active RN licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Physical ability to perform medium work

Skills

  • Strong patient care and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High awareness of safety protocols
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends
