About the role
This role involves independently planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care for an Ambulatory Specialty Practice across diverse age groups.
Responsibilities
- Perform all registered nursing duties
- Coordinate patient care and triage walk-in patients
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Provide education on medical conditions and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and participate in specialty programs and educational activities
- Prepare reports as required
- Manage pre- and post-operative patient care
- Facilitate diagnostic procedures
- Ensure adherence to policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nationally Accredited Nursing degree program
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Active RN licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Physical ability to perform medium work
Skills
- Strong patient care and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- High awareness of safety protocols
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends
