About the role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neurosurgery Clinic team. The RN will be responsible for surgical coordination, patient education, telephone triage, and care management. The role involves performing all RN duties, coordinating specialty‑related patient care, and serving as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare team members. The RN will facilitate services for diverse age groups, participate in educational activities, and contribute to program development and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostic results.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Assist with specialty procedures.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to policies and reporting concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Active RN license in NM or reciprocal jurisdiction.
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to perform medium physical work and work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
