RN- Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit- Full Time - Nights

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to a diverse patient population with orthopedic, general, and specialized surgeries.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6, supported by skilled care associates.
• Evaluate care quality and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to unit protocols and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact).
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days of hire), and unit-specific credentials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform bending or kneeling.
• Ideal candidates possess clinical expertise, dedication, teamwork, empathy, and a commitment to continuous learning.
