About the Role
The Assistant Director of Patient Care in conjunction with the Nurse Manager is responsible for the function of the department, ensuring adherence to departmental goals and objectives. They contribute to and support the mission, vision, and values of the department and organizations. They assist in developing policies and procedures for the department and maintain high visibility on the unit, acting as a clinical resource person and role model for the staff.

Requirements
- Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- BSN Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
