Registered Nurse (RN) - Orthopedic Surgery - Full-Time, Night

About the Role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient and family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and develops and updates individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to facilitate patient education and discharge planning.
• Monitors care quality and ensures safety.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and maintains compliance with policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Acts as a patient advocate and coordinates care delivery.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (bachelor’s preferred).
• RN licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience or completion of a residency program.
• Knowledge of safety, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and professional accountability.

Schedule

Night shift, non-management role.
