Position Details
Role: RN Supervisor. Schedule: Part-Time | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM or 7AM -3PM. Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation.

RN Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Manage emergency situations promptly and professionally
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
RN Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitation experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to person-centered, compassionate care
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in a skilled nursing environment
