RN Registered Nurse Supervisor
Smithtown Center for Rehab, an exceptional team-oriented facility, is looking to hire for the RN Registered Nurse Supervisor position. We thrive on making our residents and staff as comfortable and happy as possible. We provide our team with everything necessary to help you succeed and grow!
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of registered nurses and licensed practical/volunteer nurses
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff
- Manage staffing levels and schedules
- Conduct shift handovers and rounds
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed
Requirements
- NY RN License
- Experience as an RN Supervisor in a healthcare setting
Qualifications
- Ability to adapt and take on all responsibilities of the RN Supervisor role
